Vaidyaratnam Rasonadi Kashayam is an Ayurvedic formulation in liquid form. This herbal supplement is suitable for both children and adults and comes in a 200ml airtight bottle.

Ingredients:

• Garlic
• Shalaparni
• Black cumin
• Long pepper

Usage Instructions:

It is recommended to consult an Ayurvedic physician before use. Generally, the following steps are followed for consumption:

• Adults can take 10-15ml of the tonic per day.
• Children can take 5-10ml of the tonic per day.
• Take the supplement before meals or on an empty stomach.
• Add 15-45ml of lukewarm water to the tonic before consumption.
• Have the tonic twice a day; preferably once at 6-7 am and once at 6-7 pm.
