Usage:

Vaidyaratnam Elakanadi Kashayam should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the following steps are recommended:

• Take the tonic twice a day.
• Drink 5-15ml of the tonic a day.
• Have the decoction before meals.
• Dilute the supplement in 15-45ml of water.
• Use laksha choorna, sugar, and cumin as adjuvants.
