Tamarind paste
Water
Gingelly oil
Salt
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Bengal gram
Fenugreek powder
Jaggery
Sesame
Groundnuts
Asafoetida
Mustard
Turmeric powder
How to use:
Mix 3 - 4 tablespoons of Mambalam Iyers Puliyodharai Rice Mix with hot rice without adding salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
