Garlic, slightly toasted in pure gingelly oil, ground into a paste then made into a kuzhambu makes our mouths water. A warming vegetable, any cold evening is incomplete without a serving of Garlic kuzhambu for dinner.
Ingredients:
Garlic cloves and paste,
Tamarind paste
Salt
Gingelly oil
Water
Onion paste
Chilli powder
Urad dal
Coriander powder
Fenugreek powder
Mustard
Turmeric powder
How to use:
Mix 3 - 4 tablespoons (50g) of Mambalam Iyers Garlic Kuzhambu Ready Rice Mix with hot rice
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot
