Ingredients:

• Amalaki
• Guggulu
• Yashtimadhu
• Other herbs, such as Shunthi (ginger), Kantakari (barberry), and Arjuna

• Adults take 1-2 tablespoons, 2-3 times per day.
• Children: 1/2-1 teaspoon, 2-3 times a day
• Consume before meals to maximize absorption.
