Boil 1 litre of milk in a thick bottom vessel with a wide mouth preferably a big Pressure cooker without a lid or uruli
Add Pal Ada Payasam mix to boiling milk.
Stir intermittently and cook on medium flame to high flame for 15 mins or until desired consistency is reached. Sadhya Palada Payasam mix is ready to serve
