Paneer doda, also known as withania coagulans, is a plant in the solanaceae or nightshade family, native to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the Indian subcontinent.

Usage:
Soak 10-15 pieces of paneer doda in a cup of water overnight. The next morning, squeeze the paneer doda pieces to bring out the extract in the water. Filter through a sieve and drink that water on an empty stomach.
