• Ghee
• Musli
• Radish
• Ginger
• Honey
• Jaggery
• Saptaparni
• Cardamom
• Long pepper
• Indian kudzu
• Puncturevine
• Indian ginseng
• Stinging nettle
• Wild black gram
• Himalayan cedar
• Himalayan abelia
• Indian pennywort
• Indian nightshade
• Indian sarsaparilla
• East Indian arrowroot
• Yellow fruit nightshade

Usage Instructions:

Vaidyaratnam Vidaryadi Leham should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the following steps are followed for consumption:

• Have the decoction once or twice a day.
• Take the decoction along with warm milk or water.
• Adults can have 10-15gm of the herbal jam per day.
• Children below 5 years of age may have 1-2gm of the jam.
• Children between 5-12 years of age may have 5gm of the supplement.
