• Sunthi - Ginger
• Ela - Cardamom

• Haritaki - Myrobalan

• Amla - Indian gooseberry
• Soorana - Elephant foot yam
• Bibhitaki - Beleric myrobalan
• Mahoushadham - Chinese abelia
• Gudam - Byproduct of sugarcane

Usage Instructions:

Vaidyaratnam Sooranamodakam/ Soorana Modakam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the following steps are recommended for preparation:
