Vaidyaratnam Sathavareegulam is an ayurvedic formulation also known as Shatavari Gulam. This herbal supplement is available in a jam/paste form and is packaged in an airtight jar containing 250gm.

Ingredients:

• Ghee
• Sugar
• Jaggery
• Shatavari
• Cardamom
• White musli
• Long pepper
• Indian kudzu
• Puncturevine
• Indian spurge
• Indian sarsaparilla
• Giant thorny bamboo

Usage Instructions:

It is recommended to consult an Ayurvedic physician before use. Generally, the following tips are suggested for consumption:

• Take 10-20gm of the powder per day.
• Take the supplement once or twice a day.
• Honey can be added to the mixture to improve the taste.
• Have the supplement along with lukewarm milk, honey, or water.
