Usage Instructions:

Vaidyaratnam Sahacharadi Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the following steps are followed to have the decoction:

• Have the decoction twice a day.
• Adults may take 10-15ml of the tonic a day.
• Children may take 5-10ml of the tonic a day.
• Take the tonic before meals or on an empty stomach.
• Add 3 times more lukewarm water to the tonic before consumption.
• The tonic is generally taken for a duration of 6-8 weeks.
