Usage Instructions:

Consume after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, take 1-2 capsules per day, preferably before meals. It is suggested to take the supplement twice a day, around 6-7 am and again at 6-7 pm. Can be taken with one gram of ginger, long pepper, or castor oil.
